Very disappointed, I booked a bouncy castle and soft play for a birthday party. Confirmed the day before by phone and text message, and spoke directly with a member of the team who assured me they would be there at 1.15 for set up. Belfast Bounce did not show up, didn't answer any calls or emails and we were left with a very disappointed birthday girl. Even after I was finally contacted 1 hour after the party finished, I was given no apology or explanation. This is such poor customer service.

Booked for a church fun day. Communicated well over email and very accommodating. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side with high winds forecast and very helpful in offering advice on what to do. We had to remove one of the inflatables from our booking and place a bouncy castle and a slide indoors and this worked well! Everyone enjoyed it. Great service from booking to delivery and set up and the collection!! Thank you, will use again! 😊
