We worked with Bell Roofing on replacing a significant portion of our roof. They were always very responsive and made sure we understood exactly what was going on and helped us decide on a replacement option that worked best for our property. We went with the TPO and the work they did was great. They also helped us with repairing other sections of our roofs that had been done incorrectly by another contractor. The owners at Bell Roofing Company went above and beyond when aa communication error was made by an employee during an estimate. The owners immediate response showed absolute dedication to the customer and to their craft. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew who came out afterwards. They completely fixed the issue and did an outstanding job. We are thrilled with our new V-Lux Skylight — installed on our flat roof, which is not an easy job. Ricardo and his team handled it perfectly. These skylights have a 10-year guarantee, and knowing Bell Roofing stands behind their work gives us even more confidence. Special thanks to Ricardo, who was amazing to work with, and to Catherine, who was wonderful on the phone and email. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and dedicated(100 degrees on a roof all day is no joke!). As a business owner myself, I found it inspiring to see Ricardo take responsibility, correct the mistake, and deliver such great results.
