Called to ask about treatments they offered here and Brandy seriously could not have been more helpful and kind. Honestly her customer service is out of this world, it really was remarkable. Haven’t even had any procedures here and just by speaking with her , it shows me this place is totally the right choice . I’ve never encountered that level of customer service in my life , and am writing this review to shine on a great employee !
I went to Bella Sol and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jalissa and Brandy were incredible - professional but also genuinely kind, which makes all the difference. You can tell they love what they do and care about results, not just running through a service. The space itself feels calm and elevated without being pretentious - the kind of environment that actually lets you exhale. I left feeling taken care of, informed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend.
I had my very first facial here with Erin and it was such a wonderful experience! She was so sweet, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel really comfortable since it was my first time. The whole environment was relaxing and made it easy to enjoy the treatment. When I left, my skin was literally glowing and felt so refreshed. I can already tell a difference and I’m excited to come back for more facials. Highly recommend Bella Sol if you’re looking for a great experience and amazing results!
