If you're looking for a CPA who actually returns calls or emails within a reasonable time (lucky if we get a response in under 3 weeks), keep searching. My boss and I worked with this firm for a year, and the lack of response was constant. We've since moved on to a new CPA who communicates promptly and professionally.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! When I first started working with belle business services everything was great and they were very helpful. However, the more time went, my experience has been nothing short of atrocious. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach them - whether through email, phone number, or the client portal, they WILL NOT respond to you. I have even attached screenshots to prove that I contacted them multiple times with no response and their voicemail stating that it's completely full. Yet, they still have the audacity to continue to send me invoices (without any memos, so I literally have no idea what they are for) asking me to pay for their services when I have not been able to reach them for MONTHS!! Being a business owner myself, this is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat a client, therefore I will be going elsewhere for these services.
Belle Business Services has provided us with book keep and CPA work. Honestly before we found them our life's were so stressed out! My wife and I were lucky enough to start a successful business but every effort to work with our prior team on CPA work was a total nightmare, and it became our number one stress of running the business. How sad is that to accomplish your life's goal of a successful business only to have the joy taken away by taxes and CPA interaction! We reached out to Belle somewhat desperately, and they saved us from a world of stress and anxiety. I will be forever grateful to them, and would recommend them to anyone. They communicate clearly. They work hard to help you with tough questions, and they are always getting the hard stuff done on time!!!
Erin was extremely knowledgeable and quick with our tax return. She was friendly and made the process easy and stress free. We definitely recommend her and will be returning in the future.
I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Erin and her team are. I have been trying to find a CPA that could do our bid limit increase for the contractor's board for about 6 months. I have reached out to over 40+ CPA's. Most of them never responded, took weeks to respond, or said they were 4-6 months out to start. I reached out to Belle via their website and phone call and within 20 minutes Erin reached back out to me. What other companies told me would take 4-6 weeks to complete after they started, she started and completed it within 1.5 weeks from my initial contact to her. WOW!!! Not only was she fast, she was better priced and walked me through all of my questions and helped me understand the process. And to top that off, the contractor's board said her package was great and complete. I would refer her to anyone and everyone. I wish I would have found her 6 months ago! THANK YOU ERIN!!!
