Worst company ever! You can't speak to anyone because they use AI. The movers didn't move all of my belongings because Bellhop didn't provide a big enough truck. I have to rent u haul to get the rest of my belongings on my own. They don't return calls when you get to the voicemail. A bot emails you instead.

Avoid this company at all costs. My move on May 31, 2025 was originally quoted at $837. But after the job, I was blindsided with a final bill nearly double that — over $1,800 — without any real-time communication or approval from me during the move. There was no transparency. I was never informed as the charges climbed. On top of that, the movers showed up completely unprepared, with nothing but a single Allen wrench and no tools or proper equipment. I had to hire outside help just to finish the job. Their disorganization directly caused the delay, not me. Several of my belongings were damaged during the move, including irreplaceable furniture. I submitted a claim and was promised a $449 settlement. But instead of issuing a refund, Bellhop applied it as a credit toward the inflated bill — and only if I agreed to lift my credit card dispute. That’s not a resolution — that’s coercion. I offered in good faith to pay the original quoted amount, which I believe was generous considering I had to finish the move myself and cover the damages. Bellhop refused to compromise or take accountability. If you’re looking for a company that values professionalism, preparation, and fairness — I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. My experience was stressful, expensive, and completely mishandled from start to finish.

Billy, Eric and Dimitrius were excellent movers. Each introduced themselves to me when arriving on-site and made me feel confident in their care and concern for my possessions. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. We had a lot of LARGE HEAVY items to move and I was impressed with their creativity in maneuvering large pieces down tight staircases. The guys were personable and hard working. Although we had a few minor issues, the over all experience with my moving team and Bellhop was excellent. Thanks for the hard work Billy, Eric and Dimitrius!

Be cautious about using BellHop in Atlanta, Georgia. They broke my brand new LG 65" Smart Television that was less that a year old. Keep in mind the TV was boxed. They broke a second Vizio 65" Smart Television that was bubble wrapped. Additionally, they broke my coffee table, broke a corner off my end table, damaged my couch and dented my desk. Their insurance is a joke, only offering 60 cents per pound when my damages exceed $4,000. Beware!!!

THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS!! The worst moving experience ever! They front as a legitimate moving company but they are actually a broker. They give you a false sense of security but when they break things ( as they did with me) and the mover admitted fault. The company lowballs the damage by paying so little it is embarrassing. My damages were about &400. They broke a very expensive frame and some storage bags. They offered $11. I was hurt and disappointed. Movers were very careless but the company accepted no blame ultimately. I would never recommend them!
