Ben is a fantastic Pt, listen to him, do what he says, and you have no idea how quickly you will achieve your goals. Technique is the key and you will be shown that from day 1. I particularly like the trainerize programs he does for me making regular visits to the gym fun and absolutely not a chore. If your gym shy about your first visit dont be, Im old, (did I just type that) and he's got me feeling like im in my early 30's, confidence, looks and feel wise. I book blocks which makes the commitment from my side, and it saves me money too. Meal plans, nutrition, motivation, even on bad days, he sorts the lot. Ive lost a huge amount of weight and built muscle I never even thought was possible. What else can I say but thanks Ben for your continued support, and thank god that clip board is gone. Dont even ask me if you reply to this 😂 It will be the best decision of your life to get Ben as your Pt, he's not just my Pt, but a very good life coach, which is important for me to say. An outstanding PT. I trained with Ben for 3 years and he helped me achieve my dream career goal of working within public service. I struggled with gaining weight and he helped me 'bulk up' and improve my BMI. My fitness and confidence grew from strength to strength. With that confidence and good technique gained from Ben I can now train with the best of them. Unfortunately I got injured in training so came back to Ben to rehabilitate. Ben has to be one of the best PT’s in Manchester. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I have known him for a few years now and have been very lucky to have him as my PT. Ben has been a massive help since I first started on my fitness journey while in uni 7 years ago and more recently now.
