Very welcoming environment. I'm very new to yoga and its really nice to go somewhere and be as welcomed as I was. I really like the staff there and everyone I've interacted with is very kind.
Meredith runs this studio like a queen. Her energy, passion, and knowledge make every class amazing. Hands down, it's definitely one of the best yoga studios in town!
All of the teachers here are absolutely incredible. Classes are fun and flowy. Studio is charming and always clean. Love the mirror walls to help with alignment. Teachers will politely help coach with correct form. Frozen lavender towels after every class. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and proud to call Bend and Zen my home studio :)
Bend n Zen is my yoga HOME! I just love it. The quality of the classes are outstanding. All of the instructors are consistent, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The class schedule is also conducive with my busy work life, which is HUGE. This studio helps me to feel my best and I’ll be a student there as long as it’s around! Top notch!
I am very impressed with Bend and Zen Louisville. The first moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted. The space is beautiful, open and airy and everything has been thought through to give clients an excellent experience. The instructors I’ve had are excellent teachers actively walking around the room, giving tips on better positioning or simply giving encouragement. I forgot my mat and towel after class and upon returning the next day to retrieve it, it had been washed, dried, and folded neatly and the person who did me this great favor seemed happy to do it. The variety of classes available is also another great perk along with workshops for going deeper into the practice. I highly recommend this studio!
