I have been a patient of Benefit Dental for a few years. My 2026 experience is as good as my 2023. I am very satisfied with my across the board dental experience, and I recommend them. Kind, courteous, and highly professional.
To be clear, the three stars are only due to the fact that the owners prefer automation over real people for phone calls I find the staff they are fabulous and I have no complaints what so ever However, when I need to call the office, I do not have the time to be given prompts to get to the next prompt to get to the next prompt. I want to speak with a live human being. It will take half the time- I do not want an automated computerized system

My whole family and I have been seeing Donna for our cleanings for over 15 years. She is amazing! My youngest child has special needs and Donna has been able to work with her for all these years and help her so comfortable with going to the dentist! She is personable, attentive and kind! I can’t say enough about her.
It was amazing! I never thought the routine would be so smooth, from the receptionist to the attendant and the dentist (Dr.). The timing was perfect, and the reception I received made me feel at home. It felt as if we had known each other for years, even though it was my first time there. Thank you!
