Our water heater was leaking and we called on a Sunday and someone answered right away and he connected us with Nate who came on the same day and knew what he was doing and our day turned out a lot better then when it first started 😊 we will recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone else that needs them. They did a nice job.
Arrived promptly. Nate was great. Very professional. But I asked for itemized invoice for business and they could not produce one. Invoice just had one price on it . And for only replacing the outside water spicket and reattaching the one pipe I felt it was very expensive repair $543.00. Lesson learned
I submitted a request online and received a call back from their office in less than 2 minutes. I was able to speak directly with the plumbing manager and he shared wonderful in-depth and localized information specific to my property. This all took place at 4pm on a Monday, and we had an inspection take place at Noon the next day! The inspector, Sam Liberski, was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing step by step. Sam provided great recommendations and made me fully confident in moving forward with a home purchase. Can’t say enough good things about Sam and the company as a whole.
I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and even provided clear before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job installing handwashing sinks and a sink for my warming kitchen, and everything was completed with care and attention to detail. I want to give a special shout-out to Tyler and Jenna — they were absolutely amazing, patient, and informative. I also met the manager once (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!), but you were great as well. The whole team truly went above and beyond. What stood out the most is that they took the time to look up the plumbing codes for my childcare center, explained everything clearly, and educated me on the correct equipment that should be used and what should stay to remain compliant. That level of care and knowledge gave me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable plumbing company. You guys are great — thank you again!
Luke was fantastic! He was professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to explain what needed to be done in a manner we could understand. We were very impressed with work and professionalism. Definitely would work with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!!
