Bennys Food Wagon, le food truck mexicain d'Anchorage, est un lieu bien-aimé qui offre un service rapide et convivial et des saveurs audacieuses. Les fans ne tarissent pas d'éloges sur les burritos farcis au fromage, les burritos croustillants et le riz qui fait mouche. Pilier du quartier depuis le début des années 80, il est connu pour ses propriétaires chaleureux qui se souviennent des habitués et pour ses plats du midi offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix, ce qui en fait une adresse incontournable pour des générations.

I miss this place so damn much. Started going there in the early 80s. The cheese stuffed burritos.... I can still taste them and i left in 1989. It's going to be one of my first stops when I move back.
The burritos where so crispy and delish and the rice was bomb as well!
It's a food truck that serves really great Mexican food, really quickly, with a smile 😊. Service is constantly impeccable. I'm always wanting to go here anytime I come home to Alaska. It's a craving that cannot be satiated with just any other Mexican restaurant. Maybe it's my childhood memories growing up eating Benny’s Mexican food back when they used to be across the Sears parking lot, or maybe it's just because they are that darn good.
Still Amazing. The lunch plate is well worth the money, my hubby laughed that after all thus time the soda is still just a $1. First time I ate @ Benny's I was 12 with my older brother. The lunch plate was the intro he gave me for tacos, rice, and beans. Blew my mind 🤯. High School with my then boyfriend (now hubby) had him take me there for a lunch date (yeah he looked @ me funny food truck & all), he tried it and loved it (he doesn't eat hard shell tacos mind you). Moved to the south and tried/settled for alternatives but nothing compares. Flew back home a week or so ago and took our children, claims it was ok but all of them cleaned their plates (in a freezing car - it was -1°F) lol 😆 😅. Now they are ready to have more in June. Thank you Benny's food wagon for the Amazing memories and the Delicious food that has stayed the same all these years. See you again in June 🥰🥰🥰.
Cet endroit est une halte régulière pour ma famille depuis aussi longtemps que je m'en souviens. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et se souviennent de leurs clients, et ils préparent des plats incroyables depuis des années. Si vous cherchez un petit endroit local pour manger, je recommande vivement Benny's !!
