Melinda Marven was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I contacted her in February to potentially sell our house. She came prepared with CMA. Because we were moving before putting the house on the market, timing was uncertain. She dealt with this and kept in touch. When we finally had a move in day, we arranged a listing date but had to ask for an extra day. Melinda again was so pleasant with the delay. The house was listed on a Saturday, and Melinda showed it to the future buyer on Monday morning. The next day a full-price offer was presented from the buyer's agent. Things went quickly there on. Melinda offered suggestions regarding home inspection and "fixes" requested. She was wonderful throughout the whole process of selling our home.
Ashley made every step of the process fun and easy. She used her local knowledge and network of connections to help me find a hidden gem of a home and coached me through negotiations and closing. She is a huge asset to have on your side through the home buying process.
