I've no business relationship with this realtor but I continue to get spam email from them. I would not do business with any realtor who uses spam for marketing. With regard to the realtor's claim that I completed a Home Valuation request, I did not and there is no reason that I would. Zillow has home valuation information and I would see no point in requesting that information from a realtor. I didn't even know that this realtor existed until I started receiving spam from them. Furthermore, the email address that the spam is directed to is one that I am not actively using now because it has been compromised too often. I did search the email account for a home valuation report from this realtor, and there was none except for one sent today (1/16/2025) that claimed to be an update. So the realtor's story about the home valuation request is a complete fabrication.
I found Sean on Facebook, in a group we were both in. Someone had posted about looking to buy a house, and he was offering to help. I saw his comment and decided to reach out to him. He was immediately very helpful, reassuring, and able to give me some insight into home buying (I had no idea what to do). He set up an in person meeting, and he was very sweet and offered to pay for my family and myself (we met at starbucks). We had already ordered and paid, but we thought it was very kind of him to offer regardless. He made it easy to trust him, because he was consistent. He gave us great options to choose from with all the houses he found. He definitely was quick to point out the good and bad at each house. He wasn't pushy about trying to get us to buy a more expensive house. We had a budget, and he helped make sure we stuck to it. I learned a lot about the whole home buying process just from one meeting with him, because he came prepared with print outs for us and even went down the list he had and explained each and every step clearly. He was patient with me while I took notes and asked a million questions. He was very great at communicating with us. Honestly, we never once had any issues getting in touch with him. He put in a lot of work for us. We really just had to show up to viewings and sign papers. He did everything and was very level headed. If we decide to buy again, we would only go to him. He makes things simple and straightforward. Even after buying our home, we still keep in touch and he still answers questions we have had come up. I would refer Sean to anyone, because he makes things easy. There was no stress or worrying. He's very nice and respectful. He always showed up on time or was there before us. Usually before us. Definitely a good dude. I recommend himtp anyone for buying a house.
This was my 1st time buying a house. Loren Huie helped make this a very smooth experience for me. His knowledge was a blessing. He was very patient with me and educated me on anything that I asked. I was able to put my trust in him and he took care of me every step of the way and now I'm a proud owner of my first home.
This is our first time working with Berkshire Hathaway; the experience has been great so far, and all the credit goes to Amanda Hamilton, who worked tirelessly with us to find the exact location/lot, plus helping us visualize and picking the plan/model that suited our needs. She has gone out of her way to provide valuable information that helped us with the decision making process less stressful. I am glad to have her involved with our home building process and have no doubt that the experience is going to be smooth because of her knowledge, the research abilities she has, and the skill to handle all kinds of situations in a very logical manner. Her awesome customer service has made this process a memorable one. I consider her a friend and I depend on her help and honesty going forward. Thank you Amanda for all the help!!
