Hello from Citgo employees, we all liked the catered food 3 nights in a row. King ranch casserole, meat loaf and chicken fried chicken. Everyone said the sweet tea is near perfect just needs a bowl of lemons to go with it. The desserts were good but I feel cookies each night would be great to vary with hot or cold pies/ cake/ cupcakes

Please, treat yourself, treat your family, treat your business, your volunteers, treat people you care about to this food and the people that put it all together. I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Brad. I believe he owns the whole thing. He is a shoulder to shoulder worker with his staff and those he caters for. His enthusiasm in what he does and the size and scope of operation he can not just handle, but excel at is matched only by the quality and presentation of the food itself. Bernard’s catered our bi-annual fundraiser that is the life blood of our organization. Without having to exaggerate in the least I can proudly say that EVERYONE, from staff to volunteers, went on and on about the food and how kind Brad was when HE made the trip, made the effort, and delivered it, HIMSELF. Bernard’s will be the first to get the cater call as our Spring event approaches. Thank you thank you thank you to all who make up Bernard’s. We are all truly grateful for you.

I recently was in search of a catering company to furnish a variety of food for my son’s college graduation party, and I found Benard’s and made the call. The first conversation was easy and the next thing I knew I had the menu, told him what I wanted, the budget I wanted to stay within and it was done! I spoke with him about 3 times and he understood and assured me he had it all under wrap. I called him the morning of the event and he was there that evening as promised!! I couldn’t of ask for better service, professionalism, and superb tasting food!!! My guest, family, and friends LOVED the variety, the organization, and the options they were given. We had a wonderful evening and Benard’s was a huge part of why my party was a home run!! THANK YOU Brad, to you and your whole staff for everything! I highly recommend Benard’s for your next party!

Haven’t used them for catering, but have had their lunch special and it was very good. The day I went was cheese enchiladas and they were perfect tex mex comfort food. Nice, clean dining room and quick service. 👍
