I had an excellent experience at this store. I bought a gold bracelet and the quality is great. Dana working there was so sweet, respectful, and very helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I really recommend this place for anyone looking for good jewelry and great customer service.

I’ve visited Besan Jewelry many times, and every experience has been wonderful. I especially want to highlight Hiba. She helped me find a replacement earring back I had lost, fixed another pair of earrings for me, and has always gone above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. I also want to mention that every female staff member I’ve interacted with has been just as kind and welcoming. I don’t remember all their names since some of my visits were about six months ago, but every time I came in and every time I left, I felt completely satisfied with their customer service. Recently, I was looking for a ring for my boyfriend with a budget of only $300. Hiba took the time to show me options within my range and helped me find the perfect one. Her honesty and dedication really touched me. The store itself is beautiful, clean, and has modern jewelry styles with unbeatable prices. I honestly prefer Besan over other jewelry stores in the area because they’re honest, have great customer service, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even the security guard was friendly and handed out a car freshener as I was leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!
