I went to talk with the geek squad about resetting my phone due to scammers getting into my phone. The store was clean and the workers were friendly. I spoke with the geek squad about my issue and was more informed about my option to rectify my situation. Long story short be very cautious as scammers can cause you a lot of problems and use two step verifications as it limited the problems that they caused me!!! I did purchased they plan that the geek squad offers as I will be purchasing a new computer soon and I want to insure that everything is done right!!!
Had rude interaction with christina or christine. Went in to return a camera that is defective and she didn’t help at all. Denied the return and wanted to charge a 15% restocking fees even tho the camera is defective. In the best buy policy state that if the camera is defective they wave the 15% stocking fee. She said go return it at another store we can’t help you here. She acknowledged the defect and said that my husband was messing with the settings to make the camera look bad. Never buying from best buy ever. They hire people that don’t even want to help and send you to another store.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Christina at Best Buy. Her behavior was unprofessional from the moment the interaction began. She was dismissive, rude, and showed zero interest in providing even basic customer service. At no point did she demonstrate patience, respect, or willingness to help. What concerned me even more were comments and tones that came off as biased and discriminatory. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or singled out in any way while trying to make a purchase or ask a simple question. This is absolutely not the level of service I expect from Best Buy. I hope management addresses this seriously and provides proper training so no other customer has to go through this type of experience.

The worst experience I've ever had was here, the manager of the place told a guy to leave me talking alone, she didn't show her face, I arrived to try to see an issue that had already happened with my husband, I arrived calmly without bothering anyone, I just wanted to talk to her and see what could be done, SHE WAS RACIST AND RUDE, she intimidated her coworker to the point of leaving me speechless. We have been Best Buy customers for a long time, but this woman is disgusting and unpleasant . She's refused to give her name. she mentioned something about the legal process.
