The employees were just mehhh. No hellos no welcom in, nothing then 3 employees past me and don’t offer to help. Rude. I was just there to pick up my order. Them walking out I say bye have a good day to the security or cop whatever he is. He is bald and white older man. He’s just like yuuuup. All he had to do was say you too lol there customer service is subpar. I usually go to South Park meadows but this store only had the iPad mini
I came to buy a charger and they told me all of these chargers were not in the right location, not priced correctly and they were misc items. They refused to adjust the price for the fact they knowingly put items in the wrong place after I took them two charges that were there and all of them had that price. LUPE said it would take too long to call a manager and did not want to adjust the price either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went in with an exchange transaction and Asked to speak to a manager and was helped by Danny. He was courteous and professional, and provided great customer service. I appreciate him going the extra mile to assist me.
I don’t ever leave reviews but i ordered a MacBook Pro for pick up for a Christmas present. Waited 4 days after the initial pick up date then went in store only for them to tell me it’s somewhere in the store missing. Then a hour later to tell me they don’t have it in the store. 10 days of my life wasted because this store isn’t on the correct process with receiving. All of the negative reviews are correct. Also with it being days before Christmas having to wait 10 days for such a high value item to be refunded it ruined Christmas
I am writing this to warn others about my experience with AT&T and the AT&T employee. I have to talk to four or five different AT&T representatives, but Cheyenne is the one who signed us up at Best Buy and said, “Everything is set and we should be able to get an email, gift card, and shipping label,” which never happened. What was supposed to be a simple phone plan has turned into a year-long financial nightmare!!! In November 2024, we were quoted $185/month, but AT&T has been charging us different amounts( $300–$400+) every month. Since then, I have spent almost every week trying to fix this, talking to the VIP support line and going back to the AT&T employees at the Best Buy store. The AT&T employees in the store keep telling me to “call the VIP number,” and the VIP representatives ask a long list of questions and spend 30 minutes to an hour reviewing my account. Then the call suddenly disconnects, and they never call back, even though I provided my callback number. Several agents promised that my bill would be corrected in “2–3 business days,” but nothing ever changed. I was also told that the AT&T rep who signed us up would be contacted. When I reached out to her myself, she said she would review it and get back to me — she never did. This has been going on for almost a year. We have paid hundreds more than what we agreed to, and there is still no accountability from AT&T. They keep sending me in circles, and no one takes responsibility for the billing error they created. Be very careful with the deals AT&T employees offer inside Best Buy. What we were promised and what we have been charged are completely different, and the support process has been unprofessional, exhausting, and financially damaging.
