Been going here for a while now and they are honestly the best dentists office I've ever been to. They are very nice, and have handled all my cleanings and fillings in a compassionate kind way. I'm not nervous about the dentist but my husband is and he was the one who recommended them to me. The front desk is very good at communication and have been very understanding when I've needed to reschedule. Overall definitely would recommend.
I was a new patient today and have a tooth that is needing attention. I was feeling anxious but Dr. Ruben took the time to listen to me and helped alleviate my concerns. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant.
This was just my first visit but it felt very positive, respectful, and safe. The whole experience had an uplifting tone. Dr Ruben was kind and did a great job explaining the work I need to get done. I look forward to continuing my care with this team and already so relieved I made the switch!
Today was my first appointment and I have only good things to say! The entire staff was authentically friendly and kind. The place is just the right size -- not too big, not too small. It's clean, the equipment is modern and in good shape. My appointment was effective and professional. The TV monitor played a channel with funny pets that made me laugh. I actually enjoyed the experience and left smiling. Highly recommended.
I tried a couple dentists in Seattle over the past decade, and am SO glad I landed with Best Dentistry. The staff is super friendly and informative, they advise on work without pushing for unnecessary stuff, and they play animal videos as a nice distraction while your mouth is filled with scary instruments. 10/10, will be a happy customer as long as I live here.
