I used BestFitMover at the end of 2025 for a 1b1b move from UTC to Mira Mesa, and I was incredibly disappointed. First, the efficiency was lacking. Even though the two locations are just a few miles apart, it took them 5 hours to finish(and charge as 6 hours double 30 min driving time). More importantly, there were several billing issues. They charged me a $40 "tape fee" despite the fact that I had provided my own tape and left it clearly at the entrance—they simply ignored it to charge me extra. Upon leaving, the movers acknowledged they miscalculated the arrival time and agreed to refund me for 15 minutes of labor(couldn't do that on that day as it was too late the office was close). However, getting that money back has been a nightmare. I have called the office more than 10 times. I rarely get a call back form the accounting person(just sevice person who cannot solve the issue at all), and when the accounting person finally did call, she was dismissive and borderline rude, claiming they didn't hear anything about miscalculation and would "investigate." and checked their deivce. It has been over a week with no resolution and no follow-up. This was my first time using them, and it will definitely be my last. If you want a company that respects your time and your money, look elsewhere.

Alex and Juan were the most amazing movers. I have never had such wonderful, efficient and respectful movers. They worked very hard and they so friendly. I am going to call them when I move and I will tell my friend. Thank you very much for making my move easy.

Justin and Ramon were absolutely phenomenal. They packed everything up for me without hesitation when I totally forgot all my packing blankets. I have never used movers before and they made a great first experience! They were able to get their big truck into my storage facility and that was what I was most nervous about. Super friendly and kind. Super impressed, very professional!!

Do NOT Recommend!!! Overall my experience was frustrating. Right at the start, I was asked to sign documents that began the clock even though we spent 15 minutes walking and talking before any actual moving began. Same thing at the end, just wasting time before getting a signature to inflate time. While the three movers were still discussing how to organize the truck, I was able to move most of the boxes myself in my husband’s truck. We had already wrapped the furniture prior to their arrival, but was told they had to wrap it themselves. They said they’d try to use my supplies first to save me money, but they didn’t — instead I was charged $165 for shrink wrap and $42 for tape. They also disassembled two beds and left them behind, telling me the screws were stripped. Later I discovered the beds simply latch into the headboards — I was left confused as to why all the screws were even removed. I suppose to waste time and not actually move anything. In addition, there are at least 4 decent size walls dings, countless smudges along walls, and furniture damaged during the move. When I asked how long the job would take, the head mover explained that they are paid by the day, not the hour, so timing didn’t matter to them — but he did make it clear that it would take no less than 3 hours (their minimum). My move was only four blocks away, and I only had them move large pieces of furniture only because they move so slow, so the job should have been much more straightforward then the 5 hours it took 3 grown men to do minimum work. In my opinion, this company scams for extra supplies and time. The crew was unorganized and main crew member was unpleasant. The only inspection after move completed was to look inside the truck, give a thumbs up if empty, and please sign here. There was no walk through to make note of damage to furniture, walls, etc. as noted on the documents I signed (without reading). Dishonest company and employees. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Best Fit Movers.

OMG you guys!!! These movers are fantastic!!!! James, Antonio and Danny carefully wrapped every piece of our furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. Everything was super protected. They all knew their job and quietly moved throughout the house being so efficient. I would use this company and ask for these three men every time. You should too. We move a storage unit next week and we will request James (foreman), Antonio and Danny.
