I could write a book of how grateful I am for Rose, Camila and every amazing employee at Best Fit Tailoring. I brought my wedding dress in on very short notice due to the other alteration shop not being able to do my bustle. They got me in right away and made me feel like a priority, not a burden. I knew my dress was safe and in the best of hands and their work was trustworthy immediately. The way they mark the dress was so impressive, no pins were used, just a little machine that makes what looks like chalk marks. (Extremely different than my other experience) Rose knew exactly what my dress needed right away regarding the length of the hem, the bustle, and even took one look at the bust of my dress and knew it needed the cups to be sown in because it wasn’t laying flat. (Something that bothered me but the other alteration shop did not mention) Rose was so kind, comforting, professional and DAMN GOOD at her craft. I wish I would have found them sooner but I truly thank God I found them when I did because they made my dress perfect and exactly how it should be. I truly cannot recommend them enough. Worth every penny.

Do NOT recommend. Felt incredibly overpriced for the work done on my wedding dress and while it is passable, I am very disappointed with my experience. Every time I made comments on the small adjustments I desired, they either gave me attitude or would quote different random prices even though we had already agreed on a final price for the work desired. For my final fitting, it felt as if no work had been done on cutting the bottom layers of the dress so I had to stay an additional hour for it to be done. Instead of listening to my concerns, they were often dismissed and would just get told “that’s the way it’s supposed to be”. They were going to give me unfinished work and if it wasn’t for me requesting final touches, it would not have been done.

I had a strapless dress taken in at the top and shortened. It was very expensive but I was willing to splurge for somewhere great. At pickup the top was still loose. To fix it they asked for another $85 because it would need to be a different part of the top? The work they did was good but make sure you get fitted correctly from the start because they won't make it right later if they don't fit you correctly. Don't want anyone else leaving in tears!

I got my wedding dress altered here. I just needed the length hemmed and a bustle added but they did an amazing job. They were super patient with me and took time to double check their work. When I picked up the dress they needed to add a few more buttons to the bustle because I’m short and they were able to do it there and then while I waited so I didn’t have to come back. The dress turned out perfect!

Best fit surprised me! I bought some dance dresses for my class, but they were too tight, so I asked them to make an opening on the sides for me and they did it! I loved!!
