We had the absolute pleasure of working with Best Impressions Catering for our wedding, which was held at one of their stunning venues, VanLandingham Estate — and we are still blown away by how incredible everything was. From the very beginning, Nikki, the venue manager, was an absolute gem. She guided us through every step of the planning process with so much care and attention to detail. From helping us choose the perfect menu to something as small (but important!) as picking our tablecloth colors, Nikki made sure we felt confident in every decision. She also had such thoughtful, creative ideas to help us stay within our budget without ever compromising our vision. Her calm and experienced presence made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even fun. I walked away from every meeting with her way more confident with my wedding decisions. On the day of the wedding, the service from the entire Best Impressions team was next level! The wait staff and bartenders were so warm and friendly — they truly felt like part of the celebration. One of my favorite memories is seeing them rocking the sunglasses we had set out as props — by the end of the night, they were dancing right alongside us and brought such great energy to the evening. And of course, the food! We’re still getting compliments from guests — especially about the pasta and the mini crab cakes. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with such professionalism. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Nikki, Best Impressions, and VanLandingham Estate. They played such a huge role in making our day perfect, and we’re so grateful for everything they did to bring our wedding to life.

Best Impressions catering my wedding in May 2023, and everything was executed perfectly! We had passed hors d'oeuvres, dinner stations, dessert and coffee stations. All was delicious and beautifully presented. We even had them plate 2 dinner plates for myself and the groom so we could have a private dinner together during cocktail hour - an hour before dinner stations opened for the guests. I would reccomend Best Impressions Caterers for any event or wedding in the Charlotte area!

Best Impressions did an AMAZING job with all of the food for my wedding day. My guests still talk about how wonderful everything was. You can't go wrong with them, every single thing we tried was great. We were especially impressed with all of our interactions and tasting with Adam, he did such a good job tailoring our menu and bar to exactly what we wanted. They are one of the best caterers in Charlotte for a reason!
