I called for help and left a voice mail. Harold returned my call and instead of setting up a appointment he spent 45 mins discussing my issues. He also offered a few tips on things I could try before resorting to outside repairs. If these tips fail this IS the guy I would go to!

Harold was incredibly kind while walking me through what was going on with my gaming PC. It turned out to be an issue with how I set it up from the start which was preventing me from upgrading to Windows 11. He gave me a recommendation for parts to purchase so he can help me recover my data and fix the problem without losing everything. Definitely going to be setting up an appointment again to install the new part once it arrives!

Harold was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service! Was able to diagnose what might be wrong with it, give me a quote over the phone and even gave realistic advice when it was more afforable to just buy a new computer instead of paying him to fix it (which is how you definitely know they are great at their job). So i'm making sure to go to him to move all my data from one pc to the next. Spent a good amount of time on the phone helping me find a new computer and I did not feel rushed at all! Great place!

Harold was really nice and knowledgeable. He gave me thorough explanations of his computer-fixing actions and laptop-care advice. He cares spare parts, so you don't have to order them or go to another store. However, I could have bought the spare part he gave me for cheaper at a different store. Harold offered me refreshments while the computer was updating. When resetting my laptop, he removed Windows' restrictions on my laptop: giving me more privacy. After my 1st visit, Harold is now able to help me even if I am out of town because he downloaded a trouble shooting app (It sounds kinda sketchy). Why I didn't give him 5 star? The 1st time I came was during open store hours, but he wasn't at his office. One of the neighboring business owners who is a friendly saloon owner called Harold to inform Harold I was waiting, and it look him a while to get here. However, making an appointment before coming to his office would almost ensure Harold to be in his office at the time you visit. I think Harold stopped midway while helping me and had a full blown conversation to his neighboring business owner.
