We were scheduled to have Best Tours company take our students to Santa Cruz this morning. We had confirmed with our transportation company. They were a no show. We called our transportation department and then they called this company and they were told they dropped our trip. We then had to wait for school buses. I would not do business with this company.

Not the BEST. School trip planned and confirmed for 7 months and the day of Best Tours & Travel cancelled on us. No explanation just that they dropped our trip. We had to call them to find out. We confirmed two days before. We had 58 8th graders waiting at our school to go on a field trip at 7:30 AM. We had to scramble, got school buses, one broke down. We were 2 hours late. The kids lost out on that time at our destination. Who does that?

My school district booked our 8th grade trip through this company. When our district called to confirm the buses this company said our bus was cancelled and we were not on the list. They have done this repeatedly in the past to our district for the last two years in a row that I have worked here. It is unprofessional to have a group book a charter bus or two and get cancelled on at the last minute. This trip has been scheduled for months and it was not communicated to the school until the morning of the trip when the buses had not arrived. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was looking for buses for a three day event. They requested my itinerary before offering pricing. It was sent into the Fresno office and was told I have have pricing the next day. Nothing arrived, so I called. For over two weeks, I would email and call about buses. Was told I would receive a return call, that never happened. When calling I was disconnted 4 times. Never heard back. So unless they are the last company with buses, look elsewhere.

Had a good time using this service. We took a day trip to Oakhurst. We decided to book again for a different trip. Staff are super friendly. Very organized. Bus is super clean. Wifi available on bus. Lots of storage overhead and under seats for those needing to bring a little more or doing the longer trips. Storage available in the underbelly of bus for wheelchair, walker, and stroller users. Charging outlets also available including TVs and a non flushable toilet in the back. We didn't watch a movie though, could be cause it was a short trip. Agenda is given or mailed to you after purchase of seats, seats are assigned but you're seated with your own group not with a stranger. They also provide the agenda on the day of. Use above rails if bus is in motion if and if you're using restroom. The only thing i have to say when making improvements, so far, is making emailing more accessible. Wrote them via email but never got a response. I found calling or seeing them in person, during normal business hours, worked best when booking seats. Prices overall are also very reasonable. Lots of retirees use this service but there were also a few younger people seen. They make it easy on us traveling since we hate to drive lol. We also made friends on the bus! Highly recommended!
