We recently had Bestpest come out to treat a serious boxelder bug issue at our home, and they did an excellent job. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and clearly explained how the treatment would work—both inside and outside the house. After the service, the bugs have nearly vanished and we’re seeing none of the constant creeping-in that we had before. Bestpest’s follow-up guarantee and willingness to return if any bugs reappear really gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with stubborn outdoor-invasion pests like boxelders.

Excellent bed bug removal, in the very best price. Had their techs come over at my condo as I discovered some bedbugs under my mattress and in the headboard. Technician Steve did an amazing job!! He explained the whole process of bed bug treatment to me, was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. 😊👍 they came back for a second time to reinspect and to make sure my unit is bug free. Called Bestpest at about 8:30 pm as I discovered a huge wasp nest in my backyard, we were away for vacation and the wasps formed the nest during that time. The scheduler listened to all my questions very patiently and explained me the process of wasp nest removal. They were kind enough to schedule me first thing in the morning as I requested an urgent job (I couldn’t risk my dog and daughter to be in the backyard with such a humongous nest 🐝) The technician Steve arrived right on time the next day, he was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He told me its hornets nest and then removed it quickly and in a safe manner. The price was reasonable and totally worth the appreciation. I don’t do google reviews but Bestpest deserves the recognition. Highly recommended to all! 👍🏻🙏🏻🐝
I am so glad to have found Bestpest and I highly recommend them. From the initial call with Sam to the technician Danny, they were professional, and courteous. They also thoroughly explained the steps involved and what’s included in the services I had requested which were the removal of wasp nests in my patio umbrella and a vacant birds nest on a send floor window sill.
