Very professional. Jorge was not only professional, but also friendly as he had to deal with two of us. My Mother who passed away whose Condo we needed to sell, had a friend that did everything for her for the 15 years that my Mother was living there with dementia. When it was time to sell it, I turned the whole process over to Rosa Arriola who for all of those years hired, fired, trained, made the weekly schedule, and took care of every detail for very little pay. That is why I asked her to handle of the sale and I would split the amount with her after the sale!!!! We were so happy to get it sold so we no longer had to pay the HOA fees and monthly rental too, it added up in a hurry!

Sold in a week for more than asking price! My mother bought her house using Thelma almost 30 years ago and she went back to Thelma to sell it. Thelma knows so many contractors and handymen that got items fixed, painted, cleaned and ready to sell. We got offers the first week and it sold for more than asking price. Thelma is kind, friendly, patient and professional.

Fantastic first time buying experience! Claudia was a perfect agent for first time buyers like us! She went well above and beyond to make sure we understood how the home buying process worked, answer any questions/concerns we had, and keep us updated on a frequent basis. We felt that Claudia treated us as a priority and always worked around our schedule for meetings and calls. We really appreciated how helpful she was with the process while we were out of town and things, such as post inspection repairs and closing, were needing to be coordinated. Overall, Claudia is very knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and really a joy to work with. We would recommend her 100%
