I called Better Water Heaters when I discovered my gas tank water heater was leaking after 14 years of operating flawlessly. Peter was super helpful and quickly replaced it the next day. I was very happy to have a new water heater and no more leak.
The tankless water heater was install 8 months ago but leaks from the pipe, the parts guarantee only 90 days, we got promptly response from this company and taking care right away, the technician Kevin Johnston is very friendly and professional

Setting up the appt was easy / the technician that came on site to service my tankless water heater did a great job and was transparent on the work he was doing and the all the service options I have. Love to give Better Water Heaters, Inc. 10 stars. We had a hot water issue and two previous plumbing companies could not resolve it. Collin from Better Water Heaters fixed it immediately. He saw the settings were incorrect on our recirculation pump on our tankless system. Now we have hot water throughout the house. Collin went above beyond, not only flushing out the system, but showed me how do it. He explained each set including cleaning multiple filters. Two other things to note. The company was very responsive and the pricing was very quite fair. So happy with our service. I can, without a doubt, recommend Better Water Heaters!
We had an amazing experience with Better Water Heaters, We had an issue with our Rinnai tankless and was turning off regularly, They gave a quick estimate and sent a technician the same day. The issue was fixed the same day and the technician Kevin gave us some tips/education for maintaining the tankless. The issue was fixed and has not happened since. We highly recommend Better Water Heaters for any water heater repairs or installs. They are very knowledgeable, honest and the repair costs are very reasonable.
