I own a catering service and often need wine and spirits for events. BevMo is my go-to because their bulk pricing and consistent quality are unbeatable. The staff always ensures my orders are accurate and ready on time. The service is reliable, the products top-notch, and the overall value makes running my business smoother.
My husband and I visited BevMo to find a good bottle of whiskey for a quiet at home. The staff was friendly and patient, explaining the differences between several brands. We left with something smoot and flavorful that didn’t break the bank. The quality was fantastic, and the value made it feel like a smart purchase.
I made a purchase in your store, and the Britt lady cashier was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Greetings and smiles? None. Just coldness, rudeness, and arrogant behavior. She even had the nerve to ask for my wife’s ID, even though I was the one making the purchase and had already shown my license. The total was $65 — quite a lot of items — and she just stared at me without offering a bag. When I politely asked for one, she made such an unpleasant face, as if I was asking her for a huge personal favor. Jesus Christ, this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in California — actually, in the whole country (and I’m a trucker, I’ve been to many places). Stores like yours are usually visited by people looking to buy something special for moments of celebration. Instead, customers are met with dull, unfriendly employees who treat them like they don’t matter. This completely ruined our evening and spoiled the experience. That was my last purchase in your place.
The BevMo! store on Arden Way is a big and lovely place to get all the alcohol and non-alcohol drinks plus a lot more than just drinks. The store also carries tableware, cups, snacks, food, and even cigarettes. This is a one-stop shop for the party. The store is big. Most of the items are in stock. The merchandise is well organized, and the sales floor is spotless. The employees are amiable and attentive too.
