Came in for a new tire/tube and did not expect to be able to get that changed in less than 30 minutes, especially on a weekend. They clearly have a system that works, and that ticks all the boxes — neighborly customer service, knowledgeable staff, efficiency, and just a few blocks from me! I also got some new bar grips installed during that time frame for my old bike, plus a discount on my tire. Will definitely be supporting this business with any other bike related gear I will need. Highly recommend.
This place is small, but the service is BIG! They helped me out in a few days with some broken spokes on my rear wheel for an e-bike. I know they were busy and had to go to their other shop to cut the spokes to length, but they got it done and did an amazing job. I noticed they cleaned up the wheel too before getting it back too. Will do business with them again!
Super friendly, amazing people. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help their customers. Came in to purchase a stand for my wife's vintage bike. Not only did they give her options, but did the installation on the spot. Making sure it fits the bike perfectly. Had been purchasing tubes and small things from them since my dad would bring me as a kid. Now, as an adult, I am going back to them for all my cycling needs.
