I recently dined at Big Al's, and I must say the experience was fantastic, largely due to our server, Jasmine. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her prompt service was impressive; our drinks were filled quickly, and she checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. What stood out the most was Jasmine’s expert level of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that fit our preferences perfectly. Additionally, her kindness and genuine care for her customers made a significant difference. It's rare to find such dedication to service, and it truly enhanced our overall dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Big Al's, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Jasmine. Her exceptional service is a testament to the high standards of the restaurant!
My family and I went bowling today, the front desk staff was so polite and helpful. We also had Kelsey as our server, she greeted us with a smile and was so patient while we asked a bunch of questions as it was our first time in. She got our drinks out to us quick and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time here. Food came out in a timely manner as well. Will definitely be coming back soon.
Big Al's is a great place to go with the entire family, with a friend, or by yourself. It has many great activities such as bowling and plenty of arcade games, as well as a restaurant and a bar. It is quite lively in the evening, but in the morning, it is quite empty and quiet—very peaceful. For $20, you can play plenty of arcade games. Would definitely recommend checking it out.
Kyle upstairs was SO welcoming and such a nice change from downstairs. He even gave me a cold glass for my cider, where I didn't get a cold glass from downstairs. He also went out of his way to make a perfect drink for my friends and I, during a busy company event we had here. Thank you for making our night even better Kyle!!
We visited Big Ale yesterday and had a great time! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming — definitely a fun place to hang out with friends or family. The food had its highlights: the broccoli was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We were also pleasantly surprised by the pizza; it looked and tasted fantastic! The only downside was the onion rings, which were a bit too oily for our taste, but overall, the experience was still very enjoyable. If you're looking for a casual spot with good vibes and some tasty surprises on the menu, Big Ale is worth a visit.
