We had the pleasure of working with Big Day Memories for our wedding in October 2024. We enjoyed connecting with Pasha initially, he was so warm and kind and really sold us on choosing them for this important role in our day. We then stayed in contact with Kiara I believe for most of planning and losistics, she was great. We did our pre-wedding shoot at SF City Hall with Nirelle, she was so amazing, she took so much time and care with us and the photos are incredible- the place was packed but it looks like no one else is there except us. On the day of our wedding we worked with Masha who was so kind and really helped direct us which was something I was nervous about, she was so easy to work with. Alex, our videographer was great too, he was so enthusiastic to get certain shots and you could tell has a passion for videography. We've since received our edited photos and videos, we love them so much and are so impressed with the quality and beauty. These will be cherished our whole life together. We can not recommend this amazing team enough, truly exceptional. This review is long overdue, thank you Big Day Memories team!
We had such a great experience with BigDay Memories. Janvier, our photographer, was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process feel natural and comfortable. Nothing felt forced or awkward, he was great at capturing candid moments while still keeping things organized and stress-free. Alex, our videographer, was just as amazing. The video quality was unreal, and the drone footage added such a cool perspective that really captured the scale and energy of the day. From start to finish, the team was professional, calm, and clearly experienced with weddings. They knew how to work around the timeline, the emotions, and the little unexpected moments that come with the day. We’re so grateful for how they captured not just how everything looked, but how it felt. Highly recommend BigDay Memories if you want beautiful, authentic memories of your wedding day.
