The game itself would have been great...if a few pieces of the puzzle weren't broken. No heads up. No warning. Also, we booked fairly last minute, and were the only ones. Then got there to find out a couple had also signed up for our time slot. Quite disappointing. Still, I wouldn't be leaving this review at all if it weren't for the fact that I paid extra for photos...and just opened this email to find that the photos sent to me ARE NOT OF ME AND MY FRIENDS! Why did I pay extra for this??? Won't be going back to this place. Reply to the company's reply to my review: I understand that people book into the same time and that things break. It's about expectations. It would have just been nice to have a heads up that we'd be joined by additional people. My friends were more bothered by it than I was. But if things break and no one tells us in advance "Oh, by the way, this thing that will affect your gameplay isn't working" that is a bad practice. When gamemasters reset the room, they should note anything that isn't working that is critical and let us know in advance. Also, you completely ignored my comment about how I paid extra for photos that wound up not even being photos of me and my friends. Please explain why I paid extra to have photos of total strangers?

We had a great time, it was a little tough but we managed to kill the game!!!!! Our team started a bit grumpy but we had a solid time figuring that puzzle out. Definitely would recommend going again!!!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This was a fun event! My team and I did the Detective Room...and if our host hadn't come to let us out, we would still be in there!! The website says this room has a 25% escape rate....that NEEDS to be recalculated🤣. We all want a do-over! We will be back. The only thing that was a let-down was the size of the room; it was definitely small. However, the room was so challenging that we quickly forgot about its size.

Thank you so much to the team and Big Escape Eoom Atlanta. Our team definitely enjoyed the activities and being able to have a full team site and lunch in one location was perfect! Both Brandon and Anjelica were amazing host!

Escape room was fun, we did Lady Alexandria which was spooky and fun. Devon was very helpful. Will definitely return to try another room
