Yehor was awesome and got our washing machine back up and running in no time! From a 8am call to cometed by 10:15am same day! Highly recommend these guys and there was no hidden junk like most. He even went above and beyond by fixing our dryer exhaust and clean up.
Yehor was very kind and professional. He was very thorough and explained exactly what was wrong with my dryer, how it happened, and his plan to fix it as well as re-greasing for preventative maintenance. He also explained what to expect after the repair was completed, and how to proceed with normal/regular use. 10/10 recommend Yehor. I appreciate his attentiveness to detail with greasing and cleaning of my dryer and the work space he used. I highly recommend this company as it was quick, efficient, and well worth the price. This repair service also accommodates and provides military discounts. I will definitely be using this company again in the future!

We had to have our dishwasher serviced. Had an issue with a previous company and was a little nervous to have someone else out. We called Big Joes and, they walked us through their process and assured us they would take care of us. They did not disappoint! They did everything they said they would, they didn’t charge us anymore than what we were quoted and the repair was done quickly! The quote was lower than others and the technician, Alex, that came out was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Alex and whoever answered the phone!! We will definitely be using Big Joes again!
Yehor did an excellent job repairing our dryer late in the evening, showing both dedication and professionalism. Had we gone with anyone else this would have been a two day challenge, so we are so thankful he could fix it the same day! He was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. The dryer works perfectly now, and I highly recommend Yehor for any appliance repair needs!
