Got to say it. He’s saved us 4 times so far. The other shops say sorry we can fix that flat, time to buy new tires….i should just drive the extra distance without even thinking twice. Good luck finding another shop that will fix sidewall punctures or holes to close. So far the repairs have been perfect. Yes the shop customer service can be a little challenging compared to others. But just go with it and all will be good ;) Can’t recommend enough. Wish more shops out there could do what they do!

I had very disrespectful experience with Randy. I asked him how long it is going to take, if my vehicle was started to be worked on. He was like do you want me to stop working and tell you first, he knows what he’s doing I did not need to know, and he had my car keys and he want me to sit in the office and don’t tell me what he’s doing with my car and whether he started or not he does not want to tell what he did with your car. This is something politely I asked for, and I don’t see it wrong. he don’t listen and started mocking in front of other customers. He mentioned that if I want him to do it fast faster, I pays him more money. He simply implies the things which are unethical and behaviour is not accepted. I remained quiet and even said sorry, just he is old and don’t want to create any issues but he kept laughing. I hope he understand that he should respect every customer that walk onto the door, he simply said I shouldn’t have come. Have not encountered such Behaviour ever. I don’t know if he’s the owner or he just work there, but it should definitely go to the reporting manager so he understand the importance of customers stopping to their shop. Lastly, i think I should have read reviews before coming here, now as I read may people has faced same issues with him in reviews as I can read. Hoping this gets into right consideration.

Went to swap out 2 tires I brought w/o rims. Nice guy. Took too long (3h instead of 1h). Interesting chat. Good price (I think? $89). Doesn't believe in black holes 🤷

I came here hoping for new tires, but apparently I also signed up for the “How to Feel Invisible 101” experience. Customer service? Let’s just say if indifference were an Olympic sport, these guys would be taking home the gold. I don’t expect red carpets and champagne when buying tires, but maybe just a “hello” or some eye contact would’ve been nice. Instead, I felt like my car had better odds of being helped than I did. In short: great place if you want to test your patience, practice your mime skills, or confirm that customer service is, in fact, optional. Edit: I was hoping for a genuine response to my feedback, not a sarcastic remark. I left my review to share an honest experience, not to start an argument. A respectful reply would’ve gone a long way in changing my impression but this kind of response just proves my point about the customer service here. If anyone’s reading this, take a look at how the owner responds to other reviews too. it really says a lot about how this business handles feedback. Thanks for proving my point.

Definite recommend from me! As a person who doesn't know much about cars, I went in to buy winter tires and get them installed. Randy was very professional and helpful; he was able to give me great advice on different options and help me pick one out within my price range. After that he did the install well and the new tires are very comfortable to drive on. He also was very communicative about scheduling and timelines, which I appreciated a lot. I will absolutely be back here next time I need a tire changed or rebalanced!
