This is the second year we have used Big Sky Party Rentals for our company events, and they are wonderful to work with! Kateri in the office is great to work with, communication is always quick, and she can answer any questions you have. The team they sent out on the day was professional and great with our group. Rented a frozen drink machine. Up until the day of service the staff was extremely helpful. The day of the machine was delivered an hour late and they delivered a broken machine that leaked for the entire event. We called them to ask them to come fix the leak and were told they would be there shortly and they never came. we were also told it would take about 45 minutes for the drinks to “slushy” when it actually took about two hours and when it finally did get cold enough about 30 minutes later the liquid was so frozen it would barely come out of the machine. Pickup time was 2pm which they were late for. When i called to express my concerns i was told i would receive a call back which i have not.

The customer service on the phone was absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions with kindness and understanding. They came and set up everything and we didn’t have to worry about it at all. The crew was fast and efficient with their time. We were able to have the rental for 8 hours at an amazing price compared to their competitors. They came and picked it up and again we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Definitely will be using them again!
