I have mixed reviews on Big Smile Photo Booth. Pros: they are easy to get ahold of which I found many other Photo Booth companies were not. I also enjoyed the design they created for my photo prints and that they put it in a book. Cons: I paid for a package that had two attendants and only one showed up. I had a line of people waiting to get photos because the one attendant was doing both the photos and trying to manage the photos printing (They did refund me for the dinner I paid for this attendant since they required that in their contract), they didn’t show up with many props I was glad I brought some of my own, they NEVER sent me the usb that was part of my package even after asking for it several times. They kept telling me they would send it and never did. I feel they never had the intention to deliver it. With all this being said, I would NOT recommend big smile Photo Booth because I feel they do not care about delivering the best experience. I paid higher amounts for a package that included everything and only received part of it. They are aware of this too because I have called them several times and they have done nothing to fix the situation.

Big Smile Photo Booth absolutely crushed it! The 360 photo booth was so much fun and had everyone laughing and creating awesome videos. Professional, friendly staff, and the final results were amazing. Highly recommend for any party!

Absolutely LOVE Big Smile Photobooth! Timely service. Great communication while trying to plan our wedding (we know for stressful that can be), and the strat was s fun time at the reception! Partied with us like family! Great props for picture taking, great photos, and we even got an album fun of every picture taken at our wedding reception! Perfect cherry on top! Would absolutely recommend!

We loved every efficient detail that Big Smile put into the extravagant birthday celebration. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to everyone’s request. Book them and have a blast.

Big Smile Photo Booth was very responsive, they listened to all my wants and visions, they were very kind, very professional, they were on time for my event and they were just overall AMAZING!! My photos and videos came out perfect. I will definitely book them again for my future events and also pass along their information to anyone looking for any of their services!
