I cannot say enough amazing things about Ryan Bushman and Bigger Better Hair. From the moment I walked into the salon, the experience and vibe were a 10/10—warm, welcoming, elevated, and filled with the kindest, most attentive staff. You immediately feel taken care of. I’ve been wearing hair extensions for over five years, so my standards are high—and Ryan exceeded them in every possible way. He was incredibly meticulous, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, especially considering he had quite the mess to clean up from my previous stylist and traumatizing event at a local drybar. Ryan approached everything with care, integrity, and total professionalism. I've had the pleasure of knowing Ryan for years, as we used to work together in luxury retail and makeup artists in Dallas. He created the gorgeous copper red hair of my dreams using Hair Dreams K-Tip extensions, and I was honestly blown away by the result. The color is rich, dimensional, and flawless, and the extensions are seamless, healthy, and beautifully blended. My hair has never looked—or felt—this good, AND NATURAL. The quality of the hair, install and custom color was like nothing I've ever had. This experience was a powerful reminder that you truly get what you pay for. Ryan’s level of skill, experience, and precision is next-level, and it shows in every strand. If you’re investing in your hair, do it right and go to someone who treats it like the art form it is. I just signed up for a blow out membership with BBH, so I know that my hair will always get the extra TLC it deserves. I had the absolute worst hair cut of my life done here. I reached out to the stylist who did the cut, he never responded. I called to let them know how upset I was with the service about a week later and not being able to move past how bad it was. They told me a manager would call me back, they never did. I called today and was informed they would give me salon credit to get it fixed, no refund would be issued. I went To get it fixed at another salon after not being heard by this one. Photos attached. I would steer clear.
Having thin fine brittle hair sucks… and if you live in that world you know much it can affect your confidence. I found Emily last year when I was interested in extensions for my wedding. She explained all the different options and what would work best for my hair. She was honest and realistic about my expectations and answered my 20 million questions. After sitting on it for a while I finally pulled the trigger and it was hands down the biggest confidence boost in my life. Over a year later I have fab long hair, an AMAZING hairstylist and a friend in Emily! Truly love this salon and all the people working there are so sweet and kind and just good vibes all around.

From the very beginning of her journey, I’ve had the honor of being one of her first clients, & I still rave about the lift & tint she did on me & my mom’s lashes. Not only did we leave her chair feeling beautiful, but we also left feeling seen, heard, & genuinely cared for.. & that’s something you can’t teach. Her passion for the industry radiates through every detail of her work. She takes her time, perfects her craft, & always stays hungry to learn & grow. Even back then, when she was just starting out, you could already see the spark & skill in her hands. Fast forward to now? She’s completely blossomed. Her growth has been inspiring to watch.. not just as a stylist, but as a confident, driven artist who keeps pushing herself. If she lived anywhere near me, she would 1000% be my go-to. I don’t say that lightly.. I trust her vision, her touch, & her honesty. She knows how to enhance your natural features & make you feel like the best version of yourself, without overdoing it. Plus, her energy? Pure gold. Sitting in her chair feels like catching up with an old friend.. comforting, uplifting, & real. Hands down love this salon and my stylist Emily H! She was very thorough and took her time even though I had an appointment later in the day. She didn’t make me feel rushed and treated my happiness with upmost priority! I hadn’t had a proper haircut/style since before having my daughter, she listened closely and suggested a beautiful style and cut, she completely transformed my hair gave it life and restored my confidence. I will be returning again!
