This place is truly a local gem. I had the pleasure of working directly with Matt, who helped me from start to finish with repairing our e-bike, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Because they work directly with Specialized, Matt was able to coordinate everything smoothly and kept me in the loop the entire time. Communication was clear and friendly, and the turnaround was much faster than I ever expected... a really pleasant surprise! They replaced the full battery, did a complete tune-up, and helped me find a new bike seat. Of course I provided my receipt, and Matt submitted it directly to the company so my warranty could be applied, which made the whole process easy and affordable. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that’s knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind. I’m incredibly grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, top-notch service.
Service Department- Mr. Gabe has done an excellent job servicing the bikes whenever they need attention. He is very attentive to customer needs and consistently efficient and effective when it comes to quick, quality repairs. Thank you for always servicing the bikes and making the entire process smooth and seamless.
The service team was phenomenal. I’ve never had such great service at a bike shop. Replaced both tubes, gave the bike a good tune up and mounted some lights that they recommended. Reasonably priced, super fast and thorough service, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Drove from Abilene to Dallas to ride white rock lake trails. Uncovered the bikes and the seat mount on my husband's bike fell apart in transit. Gabe at Bike Mart was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to fix the mount so we could ride that day. He did a great job for us.
I took my e- bike in for a tune-up and was honestly not at all happy with how it was initially handled, but after the GM, Morris Medina, read the comments I left in response to their customer satisfaction survey, he reached out to me with a phone call to figure out a way they could make it up to me and they came through for me like rock stars! I got an upgraded tune-up for a discounted price with a 1-day turn-around and received a detailed description of all the work they did! And as for the tune-up itself - OMG! The difference in ride quality afterwards is insane! It turned out that my poor baby (errr e-bike) needed quite a bit of tweaking and tinkering to reach her true potential again. I apparently wore her down gradually enough that I didn't realize how much her performance had waned over the last few months. I will never let so much time pass before I take her back in to Bike Mart for tune-ups ever again! Thank you so much for everything, Mo and White Rock Bike Mart!
