Genevieve, Eva, and the entire Bill Hansen team were absolutely phenomenal. They are truly such an impressive group — everything was thoughtfully planned, flawlessly executed, and completely seamless. It could not have gone any better. The food was fabulous, and from set-up to tear-down we didn’t lift a single finger. We hosted an 80-person brunch at my family’s home, and they hit it completely out of the park. Truly, any party after this one without the Bill Hansen team would be a miss. Bravo, 5 stars.

Every question was answered with care, every request handled with grace, and every moment of our day ran seamlessly thanks to their incredible coordination. On our wedding day, everything was beyond perfect — from the ceremony under the banyan tree to the candlelit reception that felt straight out of a dream. We had our wedding at Villa Woodbine and it was truly the most magical experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, filled with charm, elegance, and a timeless beauty that made our day feel straight out of a fairytale. The food was incredible, every dish was delicious, and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail made us feel completely taken care of. All of our guests had an amazing time, and the atmosphere created at Villa Woodbine made the entire day feel so special. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for our wedding. Highly recommend Villa Woodbine to any couple looking for a venue that combines beauty, great food, and exceptional service it truly made our day unforgettable.
The whole Bill Hansen team and Sandra Perez in particular truly rock. Sandra took us A to Z, was incredibly transparent about pricing, and the whole team did everything they promised on wedding day and more. The best thing about the Bill Hansen approach is that it's a one stop shop. They did all the rentals, all the food, all the drinks, all the wait and bar staff, all the load in and clean up, and it was just done, on time and with personal attention and care. For example, after the ceremony a waiter brought us a personal platter of every appetizer so we didn't miss out on anything while we did photos and talked to guests. And everything from the tables and chairs to the plates, food and drinks is customizable. They have a great showroom and tasting space at Villa Woodbine where you can go through everything and take your time to get the look and tastes that you want. The team was incredibly responsive, and all the guests loved the food (as did we). They accommodated a variety of rather complex allergies and dietary restrictions (veggie, vegan, nut allergy, dairy allergy, gluten free, and combinations of above). Bill Hansen est de loin l'une des meilleures entreprises de traiteur avec lesquelles j'ai eu le plaisir de goûter et de collaborer. Leur nourriture est délicieuse et cela se voyait sur les assiettes vides de mes invités. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisi de travailler avec Bill Hansen catering pour notre mariage. J'ai toujours su que leur nourriture et leur service étaient excellents, mais nous avons quand même envisagé d'autres options pour trouver le meilleur prix. Au final, la différence de prix n'était pas d'une telle ampleur. La qualité et le professionnalisme sont les raisons pour lesquelles je les considère comme une entreprise 5 étoiles. Un an avant notre mariage, j'ai contacté Ashley, la productrice d'événements. Elle était absolument incroyable à travailler avec. Elle est venue visiter des lieux avec nous et nous montrer ce que Bill Hansen a à offrir. Ils forment vraiment un ensemble complet lorsqu'il s'agit de rendre votre jour de mariage parfait et sans défaut ! Après avoir repoussé notre date de mariage initiale à cause des études, je ne l'ai recontactée qu'un an plus tard lorsque nous avons décidé que cette pause dans nos études serait une opportunité parfaite. La seule chose était que nous n'avions maintenant que trois mois pour planifier le mariage de nos rêves. Ashley a été très patiente avec tous mes changements et demandes (et j'en ai fait énormément !). Chaque semaine, elle me tenait au courant et communiquait constamment avec moi afin de créer le menu et la réception parfaits pour nous. C'est une sensation géniale d'entendre tous mes invités combien ils ont apprécié notre mariage et nous ne pourrions être plus satisfaits de notre décision de travailler avec Bill Hansen
