Christina is the best barber I've ever had. I'm 53 and have had a lot of bad ones, I have rather unruly hair. I've gotten compliments about my hair now and that never happened before.
Probably the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. I can say from personal experiences that Jay, Ben or Joe will get you looking sharp. Jays been cutting my hair for two years now and is always a positive guy and punctual. If you want cheap go to great clips. If you want the best go here.
Ben Taylor is truly a master of his craft. I moved from Chicago to Cleveland in 2023, where I had the same barber for the past 5 years. Ben is incredibly reliable and always delivers a top-notch haircut that leaves me feeling my best. The quality of his work is consistently excellent, and sitting in his chair is genuinely the highlight of my week. Black Cat Barbershop has a great vibe, led by the utmost professional, and can’t say enough good things about this shop. Top spot in Cleveland and highly recommend!
We just hosted our first Secret Society Comedy show in a barber shop on Saturday and because of the team here at Black Cat, had an absolutely killer event. Been getting my hair cut by Frankie here for a few years now, and couldn't recommend the place more. Great people, even better vibes.
Black Cat Barbershop oozes atmosphere, has friendly staff, and, in my opinion, did a fine job on my hair. I only wish I had let them know about all the services I needed (such as having my beard serviced). My advice is using their app to set up an appointment, and inform the shop of which services that you will need, because they are a very busy shop. This is why: the haircut and beard trim takes about an hour, and coming in as a walk-in could find that you may not have all services provided due to the way that the shop is booked (which is what happened to me). It was an otherwise good experience as my haircut turned out well. Recommended.
