Heather and Thomas made our blue Monday much less blue with their lovely friendly service! Both were very helpful and welcoming. The blueberry matcha was also delicious. Thank you!
I am a black sheep regular at all four shops in Glasgow, and I’ve never had anywhere near the service that Michael provided. after the card machine buffered for a long period of time we had a great chat while he waited for it to process. coffee was amazing as usual from black sheep, if I could rate it 6 stars alone for Michaels amazing service skills and just kindness I would.
Extremely poor service. I was stood 15 minutes waiting for staff to manually take my order as I had a Gourmet Society QR discount code that staff have to personally scan to receive the discount. I was told I could scan it via the self order screen, which I told the staff member it wouldn't accept it. Which it didn't. I asked the staff again, politely, if they could simply take my order, manually just to get it on the order list. I said i would be fine with waiting longer but they point blank said they "couldn't do that", "you would be waiting at least 5-10 minutes more". 🤷🏼♂️ So what are you supposed to do? Surely one of the two staff members could have stopped making drinks to take my order, and then resume making drinks. It isn't that difficult to be organised.
Located right inside Glasgow Central Station, this café is perfect for a quick coffee stop while traveling. The coffee is delicious, rich in flavor, and freshly brewed. The place has a nice, modern vibe and is very convenient if you’re waiting for your train or just passing through. It can get a bit busy since it’s inside the station, but overall it’s a great spot to grab a tasty cup of coffee in the heart of Glasgow.
I had a fantastic experience at Black Sheep Coffee! The service was excellent—Alessio and Aidan were both welcoming and attentive, making the whole visit feel really enjoyable. My iced latte was absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about both the coffee and the customer experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
