Dr. Collins and Taylor were amazingly helpful in helping me start treatment with some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation scars on my legs. They made me feel so supported and like they were there to help me! Beautiful facilities and amazing people!
From the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. The staff at Bliss Medical Spa treated me like family even though it was my first visit. Krista gave me the most relaxing facial and it truly felt like a mini vacation. My skin was glowing and I did not want the experience to end. Dr. Collins was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain my facial structure and recommend exactly what I needed. Best of all, the treatment was completely painless. Bliss truly lives up to its name!
Beautiful facility! The receptionist was so friendly and beautiful! Dr Collins is just the Best person period! Services are plentiful!! They can get you looking your Best! Highly recommended!
Update: received a phone call from the assistant, they were very kind and attentive, realized that there was a misunderstanding and asked me to come in and meet with the Dr. As usual dr. Collins is a sweet person who listens and tries to find the best option depending on the scenario. Highly disappointed, I was in a treatment for 6 weeks didn't lose weight but put on weight, finally got to see the doctor after 6 weeks she put me in a higher dose, lost weight right away. At the end of the 2 weeks I've Called to make another appointment i was told my treatment was done and send me some pills that are used for people with addiction; the pills didn't do anything for me, but gaining weight. Called again and was told that my treatment was over asked for the doctor, couldn't talk to her. In my last conversation with the doctor we agreed that I will do the injections until I reach my desired weight and that didn't happen. Good luck getting in touch with the doctor, I reached via phone and Facebook messenger and nada. Paid almost $800 bucks for nothing. Will not recommend her as a weight loss physician, she is adorable and so kind not sure if it's her staff or where is the communication missing but it was a waste of money and time.
I recently visited Bliss Medical Spa for stretched earlobe repair and cyst removal, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The entire team was extremely nice, helpful, and even funny, which really helped put me at ease. Their hospitality was truly unmatched, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients. The facility itself was immaculate, with a clean and calming ambience that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re considering any type of cosmetic surgery or procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend Bliss Medical Spa. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and deliver outstanding results. I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!
