I had such a bad experience at my last visit. Cynthia was my stylist. I have weft extensions and she finished drying my hair and my hair was still wet on the inside. She was trying to blow dry my hair then run it through a flat iron without smoothing it out first. The flat iron she had was terrible. I left out of there paying $125.00 with coarse frizzy puffy hair. I was so mad. The manager that day was so rude. I tried to explain to her that I was unhappy with my results and she blew me off and asked me for payment and charged me an extra $25.00 just for 2 pieces of thin clip on extensions. Just unbelievable. I called today to give them one more try and again I get an unprofessional woman answering the phone schedules my appointment then calls me to cancel because the my hair takes an hour and 30 min and the hair stylist wont stay late to do my hair. The worst of the worst customer service. I just feel like customer service these days has gone down the drain. I have gone to other Blow Dry Bars and they are extremely kind. This place is NOT worth it.
Edit: the owner reached out to me to refund my money and offer a future discount. I booked a 45 minute blow out at 2:45pm for our family photography session that evening. The salon was running late and never even updated me that it would be late until I asked at 3:05pm how much longer; they assured me she was finishing up and would be done soon. At 3:13pm, they finally pulled me back to start. I never got anyone’s name because they didn’t introduce themselves but the first stylist said she would give me a complimentary Dream Coat application due to the delay. The one positive is both stylists did work together to dry my hair to try to expedite since I was now 30min behind schedule. The second stylist finished the blow out and rang me up. I already had my card near the reader as I was late and in a hurry to get my make up done. I noticed she charged $20 for the Dream Coat. I said they offered it complimentary, I never asked for it. I understand this part was a simple miscommunication between stylists but the second stylist assured me it would be refunded to my card that evening and I left, again because I was 30min behind schedule. Two phone calls, a voicemail, and an email later-I have zero response (other than, oh yes, um I’ll ask and oh, well they’ll work on it) and zero refund. I understand delays-I did have time built into my schedule but to offer a complimentary service and then have this much trouble getting a refund for something I didn’t even request is poor business. Since all other means of communication haven’t reached them, I’m hoping this will work. 2 stars because they did the service and did try to expedite it but overall poor management and communication.
Logan makes my curls beautifully. She is quick and talented. She ALWAYS makes me look like a Rock Star! Love her talents with hair. She is Amazing! She knows how to style long hair and it stays bouncy for days. Logan is the Best!! I recommend her services to Everyone.
This is my kind of spot. Glam up with a settled down low key atmosphere. My stylist was Logan and she is perfect for me confident, skilled, and calm. Just the washing part released so much tension that I didn’t realize I had on my noggin. I’m glad I got the deep conditioning and serum she suggested for my mammoth main, because no joke I felt like a silky poney that knows they’re pretty. See above! If you want to treat yourself to a little prancy moment go for it! Seriously this is how I felt all day walking around town. Glam while going about my very unglamorous tasks. Lol! I’m very silly, but trust I’m being sincere. Do it.
