I ordered a vase arrangement and a bouquet from Blooms on Broadway for my mom’s birthday today, and I couldn’t be happier! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! exactly what I had envisioned. You can really tell they put care and creativity into their work. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and professional, which made the whole experience even better. We ordered an arrangement for a grieving friend. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and they guided me through the process and stuck to the budget I set. I was so pleased with the outcome and the service.
WoW! WoW! WoW! I’m going to start with the customer service. As I walked in I was immediately greeted. I was so happy to see such beautiful flowers and then to be greeted so kindly that I forgot to get the employees name but she was just amazing. The employee continued to multitask while doing her flower thing she had a nice little conversation with me and filled me in on all the flower details as it was my first time here. I have driven by this location a few times in the last year that I moved here but finally had time to stop and see what the shop was all about. As I looked around, I of coursed asked about the $5 flowers. The lovely young lady (staff) filled me in with the 411. They have the daily $5, $10, $20 deals that are ready for you to grab and go or you can create your own bouquet as well. I was so surprised on the prices and how nice the arrangements were. I think presentation is everything and Blooms on Broadway definitely knows how to make some beautiful arrangements. So if you’re looking for some pretty flowers and arrangements without wanting to break the bank, stop on by and check them out. FYI, they have two locations in the LBC :)
