I can be assured every time I order or receive an arrangement from Blossoms on the Boulevard it will be much better than I envisioned! The floral arrangements are designed with such thought and expertise because I have never received or sent one that wasn't absolutely perfect. The value of the product received is definitely in line with the pricing for the arrangements, plants and services. The rich colors and highest quality flowers, greenery and plants are always used and they last much longer than expected. The customer/delivery service is exceptional and they take the time to listen and answer any questions I may have as well as deliver with great care. If I have a question of what type of arrangement or plant to send, they are on target with their recommendations and I am beyond pleased. In recent months, we have subscribed to Blossoms monthly subscription and have loved it! Knowing on a monthly basis we will be blessing others with beautiful flowers while supporting an incredible local small business such as Blossoms has been very rewarding in a world where customer service is becoming more automative and is leaving out the "human factor" which includes caring and concern of meeting the customer needs.
Okay- let me just start with their customer service is the best! I called last minute needing a last minute bouquet for my justice of peace wedding! I just wanted simplicity, elegant style, white roses, with baby breath and some greenery. Unfortunately, when I called someone just called prior to my call and took all the white roses. Which is fine. I just told her just make it beautiful and I would trust their process and let me tell you they did amazing! I will continue to use them for anything. Thank you so much for making my day beautiful! 💐
Flowers were beautiful and delivery went great! It was an arrangement for a birthday and they put a cute little happy birthday pick in with the flowers. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them again in the future!!
5 Stars – A Truly Special Mother’s Day Experience I can't thank Blossoms on the Boulevard enough for the absolutely beautiful Mother’s Day arrangement they created for my mom. Not only was the bouquet stunning and fresh, but the care and attention they gave to making sure it reached her safely and on time truly meant the world to me. My mom was so touched—not just by the flowers, but by the thoughtful presentation and the kindness shown during the delivery. It made her day, and in turn, mine. It’s rare to find businesses that treat their customers like family, and that’s exactly how we felt. Thank you for going above and beyond. You’ve gained a loyal customer for life.
