My wife gets facials here and her lady Cristina always targets the spots she wants to see the most improvement on. The prices are affordable. She has been seeing Cristina for ten years and continues to do business with her because Cristina takes time explaining procedures and answering questions and most importantly, she is realistic about what type of results my wife will obtain from certain facial procedures . She doesn’t overdo it on with her suggestions for what to do with my wife’s face in order to make her look more youthful.
I have had great experiences with the staff here! I have worked most frequently with Holly getting laser hair removal who is always very knowledgeable and caring. Most recently, I worked with Feleg who was amazing! She was so patient, kind and understanding throughout my service. I did not do enough numbing cream so she provided me with ice to help and patiently waited for my skin to numb before continuing.
I have been going to BluCocoon for years and love their services. All of the providers I’ve seen have been wonderful. I recent saw Feleg and she was great! She took time to assess my face and needs and discuss options. I will definitely see her again.
I had such an amazing experience at Blu Cocoon MedSpa and I LOVE the results! Thank you to the entire staff! It was my first visiting a MedSpa, so I was a bit nervous. I saw Feleg who took the time to hear my concerns, what I was looking to do, and answer all the questions I had. Once we decided on the right course of action to address my concerns, she explained what she was doing at every step and was so patient and caring. I left feeling so glad I made the decision visit Blu Cocoon and even more glad that I saw Feleg. She's absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. 10 out of 10! I'm actually looking forward to coming back!
