Delivery team of Hiram and Ethan could not have been nicer, more professional, or more respectful of us and our home! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Everything from start to finish with Blvd Home is excellent. The store is huge with a great selection of quality, affordable furniture, and our salesman Brian was so nice and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and fun!
I was surprised by this store. My first time walking into this place and I loved the showroom, the place has a variety of furnitures and very great selections! Also has an appliance section that makes this stop very convenient. The costumer services it’s good and not aggressive like others places.
Good communication with Angi in sales. She personally followed up with me after the delivery. The delivery was amazing. 3 guys brought in our new furniture. Set it up and had it all wotking fast.
I love this store. They have a gorgeous sitting area with a fountain. The furniture is just beautiful. Unusual, quirky, traditional every style... it's huge.... The prices are really reasonable. The mattresses are especially well priced. I got a gorgeous dining room table. I love it. I also got a small wiccer table in white and blue with matching chairs. The table was $900 and the table and chairs somewhere around two hundred. Salespeople are super friendly, and they assign you to 1 salesperson and she will follow you through the sale.. even when you come back in again. Each time I go in there, they go out of their way to help me out to look things up, to make suggestions never pushy, always super friendly. They gave me credit, which believe me, nobody else will after my house was destroyed, the fire and my credit tanked....and they hung onto the table until my house was built and I was ready to accept delivery. We have chickens available if anyone wants some...hit me up! Granny Buds Farm, Chicken Rescue and Dog Hospice.
Within moments of walking in the store we were warmly greeted by Angie. After introductions and given the layout of the store, she left us to browse. Shortly thereafter she met up with us in the dining room section where she let us know about colors, variations, customizing etc. Angie answered all questions thoroughly and is very professional and knowledgeable. We were able to take advantage of the interest free financing and low delivery fee. I went in for a dining table/chairs and walked out with it, a matching server and found a bedroom set with dresser! I had concern with my adjustable bed frame working with the new set-she gave me her cell number, told me what to look for & snap pictures to her once I returned home to verify it would fit. Wow! Delivery was amazing! Received an auto call day prior as to when the driver would call-that call came right on time with my 2 hour delivery window. Three men showed up right on time! They were fast, efficient, tidy and very polite! Everything set up and it’s GORGEOUS!! I highly recommend Angie and Blvd Home!! Outstanding service!!
