I’m from out of town and needed a haircut. Booking process was easy V was my stylist and she was awesome. Very pleased with my hair cut.
Went to get "professional" guidance on what hairstyle would suit me better. Well at least that's the only reason I'll go to such an expensive place. But what I got is an average haircut worth $15 dollars. Also I was treated like a child being scolded for not being sure what I wanted. The lady was rude and raise her voice making the situation even more awkward for me.
I came in today for my first visit, specifically because I am leaving for my honeymoon tomorrow, and I made it very clear to the barber (Maggie) how important this haircut was. I showed multiple reference photos of a very standard crew cut which she said would not be an issue. While she was very nice, the outcome is what is important. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. While the haircut was in progress, I wasn’t facing the mirror, but I could tell something was off. I have never had a barber repeatedly use buzzers going downward along the grains of hair, pointed downward, and just continue running them through the same areas. Halfway through, after clearly realizing the cut was going wrong (2nd time), I was handed off to someone else to finish the haircut because she was not capable. The second barber did what they could to salvage the situation, but by that point the damage had already been done. This was not a minor fix. My hair while much better after the 2nd barber is far from the finish product I was looking for, but kudos to V for what she was working with. I get a haircut every other week and can honestly say this is the worst haircut I’ve had in at least 15 years. The timing makes it even more frustrating, as this will now affect my honeymoon. • First photo is exactly what I asked for • Second photo is the result before being handed off to another barber If you are not comfortable or experienced with a basic crew cut, it should not be offered as a service. I highly do not recommend this place based on my experience.
I’ve been going to Rita for the past six months, and she’s hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had. She really understands men’s cuts—both the technical precision and how to tailor the style to fit my face shape, hair texture, and lifestyle. Every appointment feels collaborative; she listens to what I want, offers suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of, and delivers a cut that grows out beautifully. On top of the skill, Rita makes the experience comfortable and easy. She’s friendly without being overbearing, always on time, and pays attention to details most stylists overlook. I leave her chair looking sharp and feeling confident every time.
Brittani was my stylist and gave me the best haircut ever, i got a bald fade with a trim and beard trim. She was super sweet, easy to talk to and made the experience super relaxing. The facility was professional and comfortable, front desk was super helpful and im looking forward to coming back !
