I moved to Texas from New York, and was worried about finding someone to cut my hair the way I like. I get my haircut once a week and can be very particular. I was incredibly fortunate to find Gayatri Patel at Boardroom West 7th, who not only meet my expectations, but exceeded them! She is a true artist when it comes to cutting hair. She is very detail oriented, has a thoughtful approach, and wasn’t afraid to point out where my previous style fell short and suggest changes. I am so lucky to have found Gayatri, and I especially LOVE the unlimited monthly offering here. The staff is very welcoming as well. As long as Gayatri is here at this location, I will be a customer here!
Decided to try The Boardroom before a weekend full of wedding events. I needed a great haircut, clean eyebrows, and a beard trim. I came into the store not knowing exactly how I wanted my hair cut. Lauren took care of me and knew exactly what I needed by emphasizing what I liked about my hair and getting creative with everything else. Hands down the most relaxing and highest quality haircut I have received. Great conversation as well! Highly recommend. Looking forward to my next visit.
Hunter was amazing! He was the receptionist when I came in and really made the whole experience better. He was welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of while I waited. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and keeps everything running smoothly. I highly recommend asking for Hunter when you come in—he sets the tone for great service from the start!
This is my spot! I get treated so well here. Scheduling appointments is easy with the receptionist at the front desk, Celeste. She’s friendly, helpful, and attentive. My stylist, Patel, always knows how to bring my hair visions to life on top of being so personable. Even checking out is nice. Maddie, also front desk, makes sure all the details are ironed out for future visits. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Boardroom team!
One of the best haircuts I’ve gotten. The place is clean. Every one is knowledgeable and professional. I met two Celestes. They both were awesome. Celeste at the front was helpful when I called. I have to highly recommend the stylist Celeste R. Excellent cuts. She listens and makes sure you leave with the style you want. I drive past a couple other Boardroom location because of the service and quality of my experience.
