My son bought a set of very expensive BFGoodrich and only the fronts were balanced, but not very well. Took it back and was told they couldn’t look at it for a few days. All four were allegedly re-balanced but now it’s worse. Completely un-drivable over 80kmh. I have no confidence going back again.

I had the worst experience today at Bob Jane, firstly they fitted different speed/weight rating tyres, lucky I spotted this before I left, no apology just heres your invoice. Whilst driving home thought I should check the wheel nut caps, yep right front missing , another trip back, sitting waiting on the counter, no apology, just took them. Now it gets better, I noticed a rattle from the rear end, one of the nuts holding the spare was loose, so another trip back as I was unable the screw the bolt in further When I got back to the store, the young guy who did the work said, after I had a crack at him, hat he shouldn't have bothered to refit the spare under the vehicle and should have just left it in the back of my van. Great attitude from a very unprofessional team at Bob Jane T mart Fyshwick
The guys at Bob Jane Fyshwick were so good too me. They were very kind in giving me advice, helped me in the immediate, gave me the best options for a good outcome, and did the work on my car. They understood things were expensive for me and they gave me a great price for all they did. I'm very grateful for their help and kindness. Thankyou!
Update - Bob Jane has had the rims repaired, satisfied with the service. Price matched tyres so got them for a good price but they damaged both my rims fitting the tyres. Have not heard back from store yet about fixing them. Very disappointed
