Very pleasant experience. Good seeing Bob mills also.He is always amazing. Robert was great and very professional. Guys in the warehouse could use a little help with manners. Told a career truck driver his furniture wouldn't fit in his truck. Lol I've loaded stuff for 40 years. I got this. But thanks for allowing me to maneuver it and get it loaded in 1 load. I will return again. We have bought alot of furniture there for over 25 years, noone else compares...
We had a great experience UNTIL 2600.00 of “protection” products were added to our ticket. We found the perfect mattress and bed room set and when the sales manager called us with the quote he kept dancing around us asking how did this go from 13,900 to 16,500? After several calls and visits to discuss it was discovered Bob Mills was trying to add various insurance charges and 500.00 delivery fees. Basically slamming product to make more profit. Even though the furniture and mattress is exactly what I wanted I will not buy from a thief.
Dexter was a fantastic helper while I was there! Very patient with me as I was shopping with a FaceTime partner. He helped me pick out my sectional and decide what pieces were best. Ursula was also a great assist, as I needed help seeing how it would look in the room and they have a design studio item where you can built your room layout! The sectional was also very affordable. It was half as much as the only option at a competitor and quicker delivery time. Just overall a lovely experience with great staff!
We came in and were greeted by Patrick! We really enjoyed how he showed in the right direction and then allowed us to navigate the options and envision the furniture ourselves. Then once we had a good idea what we truly wanted to was right there to help show us features and talk through options! When we made the purchase the next day, his manager, (I believe his name was Ryan, sorry I’m wrong) was super helpful as well and helped us with the smart buy option and some additional discounts. The experience was just what we were looking for and really sold us to go with Bob Mills and we found a very reasonably priced set with the 5 year protection! Will definitely be using Patrick and Bob Mills for any future furniture needs!
I had such a great experience with Wei Song! She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we needed. She helped us find exactly the right pieces without any pressure, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Wei if you’re shopping for furniture—you won’t be disappointed!
