Nice floor lamp died within 30 days of pick-up. It just won't turn on. Store only provides a 10 day exchange policy (although they did offer to send a technician to my house for $150 per hour plus other fees, if I remember the quote correctly). Money well spent. I understand if something breaks after a month or so, but in a couple weeks? I just want an exchange - not even a refund. The couch I have is still standing. Hoping I get at least a few months out of that.
We had a great experience shopping for a living area set with Jimmi. He spent plenty of time helping us decide on colors and patters that went well with our living area. We purchased a bedroom set from this same location three years ago again will do business again. Quality furniture that worked within our budget.
This is my second time in 2 years buying furniture from Bob Mills. a total of 7 different pieces of furniture now. to be honest between having great quality furniture with nice stress free warranty’s and an amazing staff that helps me get the best deals! I have no idea how the other places keep up. I plan on returning back to bobs in the future for more additional pieces and look forward to it knowing I’ll be in good hands. Thank you Bob Mills & the amazing Staff you have 😁
I had an outstanding experience at Bob Mills Furniture, and I can’t say enough good things about my salesperson, Jeff. After visiting several furniture stores, Jeff truly stood out. His professionalism, calm and friendly demeanor, and deep knowledge of the products immediately put me at ease and made the entire process enjoyable. He took the time to answer every question without pressure and clearly cared about helping me find the right piece. I was also extremely impressed with the quality of the furniture at Bob Mills—well-made, beautiful, and worth the investment. Thanks to Jeff’s exceptional service, this was by far the best furniture-shopping experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Bob Mills Furniture and ask for Jeff if you want top-notch service.
Nick was amazing. Answered all our questions and had soooo much patience with us especially me ( wife ). We bought a love seat , couch, lamps and a recliner. I also love the fact that if you make no warranty claims within your time frame, you get store credit for the amount of the warranty. I have found no other furniture store that offers that. Will definitely come back to shop here. Thank you all for your help.
